Job Description

We are filling multiple openings across second and third shifts
Job Summary
To completely inject, pattern repair, gauge, x-ray, pin, and assemble wax or other material geometric patterns in preparation for Monoshell.
Essential Functions
Follow Arconic’s Safety Regulations and Work Rules Handbook along with all departmental specific safety requirements.
Use and calibrate Ultrasonic Hand Gauges for wall thickness.
Gauge wall thicknesses using mechanical gauges.
Read and comprehend work instructions, product criteria, and mold sheets.
Transport and load dies.
Inject patterns.
X-ray patterns.
Repair patterns coming from injection.
Assemble patterns.
Gauge and disposition patterns and reform or rework patterns.
Check gating kits / stage gating kits.
Ability to read and follow the information on work instructions.
Record data either manually or by computer as required.
Other duties as assigned.


This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  1. This position requires a minimum of one-month manufacturing experience.
  1. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
