Arconic's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence is seeking a University Relations Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the role of the University Relations Coordinator is to assist with the execution of Arconic's University Recruiting with a focus on maintaining systems, processes and programs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the University Relations team with full cycle intern recruiting including sourcing and communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, etc.
  • Development of program materials and communications for University Relations
  • Administration of platforms including SharePoint, oracle, Taleo, handshake, yello, etc.
  • Organize campus events including scheduling kick-off calls, shipping materials, preparing event reports, acting as a point-of-contact for campus teams, etc.
  • Assist with University Relations employment branding initiatives including social media, email campaigns, recruitment marketing materials, etc.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the Arconic Internship Program, Arconic Ambassador Program and other programs, as necessary

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a corporate, campus or agency recruiting environment
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced level skills in Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail; process oriented
  • Ability to work independently in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task, demonstrated capability to execute in the unique campus recruitment space
  • Flexibility to react quickly to changing business requirements and client needs
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Desire to build knowledge and thorough understanding of business areas
  • Previous experience with campus recruitment software a plus
  • Experience with Taleo
