Arconic remains positioned as the world's premier aerospace supplier and today Arconic's Davenport facility remains the hub of Arconic's $3 billion aerospace business. With this growth and expansion, our Hutchinson, KS facility is looking to hire a Team Leader to help guide and drive our business forward.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead employees in posted area setting a positive example in all areas with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Planning, managing and executing daily, monthly and yearly goals and objectives.
  • Working with internal upstream & downstream customers coordinating efforts between areas and departments.
  • Demonstrating a strong desire to achieve high ratings in EHS, Recovery, Costs Savings, Diversity, Quality, Production and Team work.
  • Exhibit and promote leadership, professionalism and ownership.
  • Lead projects and potentially work with vendors and outside contractors.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years of Leadership and/or supervisory experience.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with Leadership Development training/classes.
