Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Job:
The Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Sr. Specialist / Risk Analyst will assist in analyzing risks and developing and implementing solutions into Arconic’s operations and applications, overseeing Self-Assessment Testing (ASAT) of E&C program controls, and supporting various E&C innovation projects including Conflicts of Interest case management, metrics and dashboard design & automation, and new data analytics solutions to help identify and manage risk.
Major Activities / Key Challenges:
The E&C Sr. Specialist / Risk Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the development and management of key monitoring and reporting components of Arconic’s global E&C Program.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Compliance Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage processes to ensure compliance with Arconic Self-Assessment Testing (ASAT)
  • Collaborate with Arconic BUs and RUs to support completion of F11 ASAT testing and action planning follow up including assistance and training on the completion of the ASAT, and all relevant controls, systems, and processes
  • Think creatively and work across functional areas to integrate controls into core BU and RU systems and processes to minimize risk for Arconic
  • Data Analytics Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, compile and report on key E&C metrics, KPIs, and Risks
  • Prepare metrics, dashboards, and other relevant presentation material for reporting to Executive Leadership
  • Perform data and trend analysis across a variety of functional areas, requiring aggregation of data from various systems
  • Conduct proactive data mining and analysis to identify potential control gaps and opportunities for non-compliance, and help develop and implement new controls
  • Project Support Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with redesign of tools and processes to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements
  • Evaluate alternate technology solutions to facilitate effective conflicts of interest and investigations case management activities
  • Redesign of corporate policies and procedures format, protocols, and user interface
  • Collect, compile and analyze information needed for E&C risk assessment
  • Support training initiatives for E&C department, Integrity Champion Network and Arconic by creating training material and supporting delivery of training sessions
  • Support of the Arconic Anti-Corruption Management program

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ prior corporate work experience analyzing data.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Statistics, Finance, Procurement or Operations from an accredited institution.
  • Data analytics and/or data mining skills, with demonstrated success organizing / analyzing large amounts of unstructured information.
  • Experience in corporate risk management, or ethics and compliance.
  • Experience using data to influence strategy decisions.
  • Excellent organization, data analysis and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience compiling and manipulating data to drive business change or answer business questions.
