How your typical day would go:

  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 10), network, mobile devices and across a range of applications
  • Provide support to maintain and meet all customer Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Operate with Arconic IS standards and conventions and applicable Arconic BU/RU IT Standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone, remote access, Skype and in writing
  • Work with vendors and internal support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop equipment and software
  • Collaborate effectively with helpdesk team members and other IT technicians and local or global support groups to resolve and document issues
  • Create and maintain documentation on IT processes
  • Remuneration package (13th of the month salary payments, supplementary benefits, Christmas benefits, and annual bonus),

We will like you if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
  • Have a minimum 2 years’ experience as an IT Professional in a business environment
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012) & standard application installation (MS Office 2013, Office 365 products), configuration and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory administration and account management experience required
  • Basic navigation of mobile device platforms (Android, IOS)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s, ability to multi task
  • Carry a professional customer-support attitude at all times
  • Be ultra-diligent about documentation and following standard operating procedures
  • Well versed with large infrastructure management and a team player
  • Good English knowledge written and verbal
