Shipping & Receiving Technician II
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing materials and finished product in all phases of handling, storing, packaging and distribution.  Interfaces with management, vendors, and customers to ensure appropriate receiving, handling and shipment of materials and finished goods.  
1.       Maintain inventory accuracy and control of material stores including finished goods and raw materials
2.       Coordinate delivery and shipment schedules and provide all necessary data for proper pick-up and delivery
3.       Assist/lead process IMEX/AES/TSA documents
4.       Package, stage and ship finished goods.  When necessary, expedite critical shipment
5.       Assist with cycle counting
6.       Support Receiving area with Oracle transactions and material/goods disposition
7.       Responsible for the flow and movement of materials to and from the factory
8.       Assist with product dispositions, customer returns, and customer revision and shipping changes
9.       Assist with inventory reduction programs and JIT programs
10.   Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement daily by your actions
11.   Take the initiative to resolve materials related issues with interaction from supervisor/Manager
12.   Train others when required.
13.   Perform other tasks as needed in support of manufacturing operations, customers and supplier
14.   Able to work with no supervision
15.   Comply with all EHS rules and regulations and supervisory instructions. Report all incidents including injuries, spills, fires, property damage, and near misses to their supervisor


Requirements and Experience
•         High school diploma or GED
•         5+ years’ experience related to materials and/or shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment
•         Ability to use electric weight scales 
•         Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs (may not exceed per EHS policies)
•         Forklift experience preferred  
•         Understanding of internal computer tracking and reporting systems 
•         Demonstrated commitment to employee involvement, teamwork, and continuous improvement
•         Must be able to work OT during the week and weekend to meet department/facility goals
•         Must be able to stand for long periods of time
•         Must be able to read, write, and understand English
