Key Responsibilities:

  • Services accounts, by independently handling inquires and problems, and when applicable, coordinating with other departments to quickly resolve them.
  • Receives customer inquiries, processes customer orders, and provides price and delivery information.
  • Analyze market data, sales and quote history to provide quotes to customer.
  • Negotiates prices with customers, within Arconic Fastening Systems pricing guidelines.
  • Administers and reviews customer contract details such as pricing, delivery, terms and conditions.
  • Develop new accounts and/or reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Follow up on all customer quotes.
  • Develop & maintain strong relationship with customers.
  • Work with Arconic Global Fasteners Credit to set up customer credit limits and assist in collections as required.
  • Team player - Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Operate in a fast-paced work environment and able to handle pressure and challenges from internal and external customers.


Basic Qualifications:
•        High School Diploma.
•        Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inside sales and customer service.
•        Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
•        This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications:
•        Aerospace Fastener Industry experience.
•        Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word.
•        Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•        Manage multiple projects at a time.
•        Must be well organized with attention to detail.
•        Have strong follow up and time management skills.
•        Solid analytical and reasoning abilities as well as strong numerical skills.
