Job Description

1.     Perform calibration activities and verifications to product processing and measuring and test equipment.
2.     Produce weekly reports to management on calibration status
3.     Coordinate calibration activities/projects with other departments or suppliers
4.     Use computer software packages: Gagetrac, MS Word and MS Excel
5.     Collect, record and analyze calibration data to generate reports and checklists
6.     Participate in project related duties as directed by Lead/Manager
7.     Review calibration data received from suppliers
8.     Participate in monthly reliability and measurement uncertainty studies
9.     Assist in performing Metrology Quality Audits.
10.  Work in a safe manner that promotes the health and well-being of the individual and the environment.
  • Comply with all EHS rules and regulations and supervisory instructions.
  • Report all incidents including injuries, spills, fires, property damage, and near misses to their supervisor.
