This position is responsible for supporting and assisting quality engineers with various activities from purchase order review to customer communications. 

  • Assists Quality Engineers with investigating and analyzing customer returns to root cause.
  • Perform administrative functions including Temporary Instructions, Product Criteria, Activity Instructions, non-conformance documentation. 
  • Perform quality audits on materials, equipment, processes, and product.  
  • Work with QE to develop and implement correction and preventive action plans.
  • Communicate with manufacturing, supervisors, and operators to eliminate defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate as needed with process and product engineering teams on product related issues.
  • Participate on customer calls and attend team meetings.
  • Support QE with customer audits including preparation of documentation and participate in audits.  
  •  Required to be a self-starter and able to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.      
  •   Read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  
  •  Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Associates degree from an accredited institution
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'),Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prefer Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration and technical training.
  • Two Years of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer applications (i.e.Microsoft Office products, graphics, and statistical analysis software).
