Job Description

This position is responsible to operate automated inspection equipment to provide accurate and repeatable dimensional inspections in support of engineering and manufacturing operations.  Adhere to applicable quality standards, company policies and procedures, customers requirements and safety initiatives is mandatory.


Job Responsibilities:  
  • Utilize structured light scanners, coordinate measuring machines, run software scripts
  • Utilize inspection software such as GOM and ATOS through operator kiosk controls or PC program interfaces
  • Save inspection output and data files to appropriate location as directed
  • Use discretion to schedule work flow based on priority and efficiency
  • Cooperate with peers by participating in an active cross-training environment
  • Load customer product and recall part program to complete inspection
  • Perform any post-processing of data as required
Education: High school diploma/GED -
REQUIRED - One (1) year blue light, ATOS or GOM experience
