Job Description

Job Duties:
  • Responsible to drive reduction in vendor & customer claims;
  • Oversee root cause analysis of vendor & customer claims issued;
  • Monitors third party QC;
  • Manages process controls for manufacturing, calibration of measuring devices, and documentation for the location; 
  • Provides leadership and guidance to Quality department;
  • Materials review;
  • Vendor & customer corrective action requests;
  • Process management for operation production centers, and performance management for QC department;
  • Works with external customers and sales representatives regarding customer complaints and product claims;
  • Acts as customer advocate in product quality standards, works with plant personnel concerning incoming raw material and finished product quality;
  • Represents Quality Assurance with suppliers regarding raw material specifications, quality and reliability and act as liaison for corporate quality standards.


Basic Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in an operations / manufacturing (or similar) environment required; 
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing environment;
  • Supervisory experience;
  • Effective written and oral communication, working with multifunctional teams and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, problem solving, and root cause analysis needed
