To plan production schedules utilizing Arconic’s manufacturing shipping schedules, while working close with manufacturing supervision.  Analyze problems concerning production reporting and inventory.  Communicate with all levels of management and help support customer needs in inventory and schedule requirements.

  • Coordinates manufacturing shipping schedules
  • Maintains Oracle Supply Chain
  • Monitor flow of inventory
  • Communicate with customer’s schedule status by job
  • Create input schedule
  • Monitor through-put and communicate both internal and external issues
  • Work with compound process engineer to schedule all phase of core and setter compound manufacture
  • Issue inventory status reports as requested by process leader
  • Interacts with customers
  • Direct tooling rework schedules
  • Maintain and schedule shared resources department


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 Years planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.  ITAR defines U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain management from an accredited institution 
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Computer literate in both mainframe and PC based
