Job Description

This opening is with Arconic Engines – a world leader in the investment casting of super alloys, aluminum and titanium primarily for jet aircraft and industrial gas turbine markets.  For more information on Arconic, visit us online at
This position will be located in Plant 5, Ti-Cast Operation. This position is responsible for:
* Convert customer requirements to achievable manufacturing schedule.
* Communicates schedules to manufacturing teams.
* Communicates and coordinates with Outplant suppliers and vendors.
* Establishes shipping plan and coordinates execution of the plan.
* Maintain visibility of overdue jobs; analyze and develop recovery schedules.
* Effective communication with manufacturing teams, engineering, sales, and customers.
* Performs checks and audits of scheduling rules while interacting with other departments.
* Make changes and improvements to schedules for improving throughput and on time delivery.


  •  BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of Manufacturing or Production Control experience  
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.   
  • APICS Certification is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects. 
  • Demonstrates competent use of automated order system. 
  • Solid base knowledge of manufacturing process and flow of material. 
  • Excellent memory, attention to detail, and systems-level thinking. Creative. 
  • Solid, problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel. 
  • Ability to develop and use planning strategies.
