This position fills a key role in the Arconic Engines Marketing organization and will be responsible for leading BU marketing activity for Arconic Engines-Rings.  The contributions from this role aide and advise the commercial leadership team in setting strategic direction for our Rings business segments.  This highly motivated individual will also be fully integrated into the daily management of commercial performance.  Reports directly to the Arconic Engines Director of Marketing.
  • Lead financial and business case modeling for contract renewal campaigns
  • Collaborates with account teams to recommend pricing & share strategy on incumbent renewal packages
  • Develops internal review documents required for internal governance & approvals
  • Active participant in strategic contract renewals and quote reviews with AEN leadership
  • Provides contract execution support to sales; e.g. counter-offer analysis & negotiation strategy
  • Maintain Rings LTA calendar – contract profile
  • Interact with Central Estimating & operating sites on cost information used for quoting
  • Works with account teams and AEN business development on new business bids
  • Performs market share analysis against contractual obligations to validate customer buy compliance
  • Assist in plant selection for new work where crossover capability exists
  • Commercial performance tracking - including cost / margin correlation
  • Maintain AEN shipset values on large commercial transport & key defense platforms
  • Provide oversight and track adherence to Non-LTA quote policy – driving incremental margin
  • Assist in AEN commercial strategy deployment across all Rings locations
  • Identify opportunities (cost & price actions) to influence product level financials
  • Translate complex / large data sets into summary form for executive consumption
  • Work with Rings five operating sites on long range revenue planning process
  • Maintains broad understanding of Aerospace market drivers and build rate profiles

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5 years’ experience in Industrial sales, marketing, central estimating or program management
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee        
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in the following disciplines, preferred Business
  • Aerospace experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office capability / include Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Well-developed communication skills.

  • Ability to take large data sets and distill down to conclusive findings
