This position will provide manufacturing support of advanced manufacturing technology including automated manufacturing equipment.  Key emphasis on purchasing, installing, and start up of automated equipment.  Will purchase and set up internal store critical spare parts. Act in leadership role as SPA for robotic equipment and process operations.  Will drive OEE & TPM tracking and improvements.  Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited institution;
  • Minimum of three months experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment;
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills;
  • Must be PC literate in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Ability to layout shop floor with autocad;
  • Good mechanical and/or electrical aptitude;
  • Ability to read mechanical prints and electrical prints;
  • Good methodical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment and related issues.
