Job Summary
Acts as the primary sales contact for customers on commercial issues.  Responsibilities include development of long-range planning budget with group sales, forecasting of anticipated product requirements and overall management of customer orders. 
Essential Functions
Supervises the Sales and Production Planning teams (approximately six employees); this includes planning and holding meetings, preparing and conducting performance appraisals, managing staffing levels (including vacations, overtime and leaves of absences), assisting with career development (motivates, coaches and trains to acquire maximum quality, productivity, morale and cooperation), approving time and attendance, and prioritizing and making work assignments.
Forecast and analyze sales.
Assure compliance with contracting requirements.
Actively participate in development and renewal of business strategy.  
Manage all quote activity considering cost, price, market, competition.
Maintain contact with customers, account managers and sister plants.
Prepare budgets and various sales / marketing reports.
Responsible for import, export ASAT compliance
Perform all other job duties as assigned.



Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in Engineering/Sales. 
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 

This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
