Arconic is currently in search of a Manager, HR Technology Solutions to join our Human Resources, Resource Unit. This position will sit at our Arconic Corporate Center in Pittsburgh, PA,
 
The Manager, HR Technology Solutions is responsible for the administration and delivery of services provided by the HR Technology & Services organization.  This includes Global People System 2.0 applications of Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Employee records management, Compensation, Talent management, Talent Acquisition, Arconic Learn, interfaces, security, configuration, etc of the Oracle applications related to HR.  HCM functional upgrade responsibility is also included in the responsibility of this role.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide techno-functional support to company HR Centers of Excellence, resource units and business units using Oracle HCM Cloud modules and the associated standardized processes and services.
  • Support deployment onto and divestiture off of company businesses or locations on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Ensure delivery of high quality services at benchmark efficiency and cost levels.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement of HR Technology and HR Services processes and operations across the EBS user community including enhancements and bug fixes with software vendors.
  • Establish and maintain global standards for configuration, deployment and utilization of the GPS 2.0 services modules. 
  • Support system periodic upgrades and patches on all HR Technology Services modules for all regions.  Extended support is provided to ensure smooth upgrade and stabilization for all regions. 
  • Develop Global Service Delivery Support Model for GPS applications. This includes developing the specification and requirements for a newly required Remedy solution (with consideration for data privacy requirements), Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support for all regions. Global support model for HCM application will be an ongoing responsibility of this role.
  • Serve on the GPS Leadership Team to provide oversight, advice and direction to the BU and upgrade team.
  • Manage escalations quickly and effectively, solving issues to root cause and launching corrective actions
  • Manage internal customer service activities and external partners for effective process integration.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of Five (5) years working in a multi-business HR services and technology environment
  • Minimum of Three (3) years of Supervisory or Management experience
  • Minimum of Three years’ experience with Continuous Improvement Processes
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with HR Technology and systems modules
