Job Description

Under general direction, the Maintenance Admin performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Maintenance and Stockroom departments. The incumbent is responsible for inventory control, discrepancy resolution, and inventory inspection based on Company policy and industry.

Basic Qualifications

  • Maintain the integrity of inventory data by ensuring accuracy of all transactions and will be the main liaison with manufacturing to resolve inventory issues.
  • Coordinate and analyze product deliveries and ensure accurate reporting, including research, audits, adjustments, and ensuring appropriate records are maintained.
  • Proactively identify areas of process opportunity and recommend solutions for optimizing efficiency in a controlled environment.
  • Own and manage data entry aspects of Express Maintenance (similar to CMMS programs)
    • Enter daily PM sheet data
    • Enter data associated with work order completion
      • Parts used
      • Labor hours associated
      • Work order description
    • Spare parts
      • Inventory of existing parts
      • Collect parts from shipping daily and inventory, catalog and store
  • Organize machine prints
  • Pick up parts for repairs and restocking as needed
  • Acts as a liaison between stockroom and accounting to resolve problems and ensure that accurate and complete information is conveyed to all concerned.
  • Skilled at prioritizing and handling multiple objectives in a demanding environment
  • Possess technical knowledge of parts, systems and process
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain positive working relationships with diverse employee groups and external customers.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
