Arconic Fastening Systems is seeking a Forming Tech I Single Die Header 2nd Shift. Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and produce fasteners on a single-die National heading machine
  • Must be flexible and have good communication skills and be self-motivated
  • Follow work orders and verbal instructions
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
  • Be able to stand up to 8 hours
  • Experience running steel and titanium alloys in a high pace environment
  • Ability to inspect fasteners with comparators, micrometers and gauges
  • Must be able to read blue prints and know how to use measuring instruments
  • Familiar with QAD, FIS and SPC software


Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution preferred
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the basics of manufacturing
