Arconic Engines has an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator to assist in the shipping process at our facility in Rochester, NY.

  • Conduct and maintain inventory log
  • MRO receiving
  • Prepare OSM shipments
  • Maintain dock and office supplies
  • Data entry
  • Create bills of lading
  • Ability to create tracking tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changes dynamics
  • Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer issues
Basic Qualifications:
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.  ITAR defines U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
