Arconic Engineered Structures (AES) is seeking an IT Systems Analyst. The IT Systems Analyst will support our Lafayette, IN location. Responsibilities include coordinating technical work, investigating and resolving support issues, championing process improvements, and creating specification documents.  This position will report to the Oracle Lead.The ideal candidate will engage respectfully with all stakeholders, anticipate challenges, proactively bring solutions, and champion integrity. Profile: The primary purpose of this role is to provide IT applications production support for the Lafayette, Indiana location.  Responsibilities include coordinating technical work, investigating and resolving support issues, championing process improvements, and creating specification documents.  This position will report to the Oracle Lead.

Qualifications

Essential Functions: The IT Systems Analyst within AES includes both technical skills and interpersonal skills essential to team work.  Examples include but are not limited to:
  • Investigation and resolution of support issues.
  • Assist with implementation of new IT applications and enhancement of existing ones.
  • Development and enhancement of standard operating procedures and processes to ensure reliable delivery of information technology while championing process improvements.
  • Creation of specification documents.
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of the systems design life cycle.
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills and be able to interact with internal and external customers, vendors, and other IT professionals.

Basic Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
