Our internships begin mid to late May and end in early to mid August. Internship length will depend on the location, but typically lasts between 8 - 12 weeks.  
  
A Manufacturing Engineer Intern will assist engineers with time studies, data gathering, continuous improvement initiative support, work station optimization activities, and support the manufacturing engineering initiatives.
 

Qualifications

Basic Requirements
  • A minimum of a Sophomore status and currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Junior or Senior status preferred
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Relevant internship/work/research experience a plus
  • AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, and Solidworks experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of investment casting manufacturing process a plus
