Internships typically run from May/June through August. What are we looking for? We look for interns with: • Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for Business, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources • A strong record of team, project and/or people leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Willingness to take initiative to understand the business • An aptitude for problem solving; strong writing and verbal communication skills • Previous successful experience as an active member of a team • A strong commitment to excellence and to personal and professional growth • Must be resourceful, responsible, tenacious, curious, independent, confident and high energy.
Key roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in select specialized focus areas and key initiatives for the Organizational Development & Effectiveness (OD&E) team. These areas include: Organizational Development, Change Management, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, scorecards, forecasts, and performance measurement.
  • Assist in key process improvement efforts in support of effectively delivering tools to the Global HR Business Partners.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of OD&E wide projects and collaborate with end users within the organization to develop standardized work and consistently improve and streamline processes.
  • Develop standard weekly, monthly, customer and executive level reporting.
  • Identify best practices through internal and external benchmarking.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree program in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or Human Resources
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s Degree or Doctoral program in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or Human Resources
