The role of the HR Business Analyst II is to provide analytical expertise, act as the superuser for select HR analytic systems, co-create and design the HRIS global reporting tools, lead process improvement efforts and provide project management leadership in support of continuously improving the global HRIS systems.

Key roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead select specialized focus areas and own key initiatives for the CoE in either HRIS global reporting, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, scorecards, forecasts and/or performance measurement.
  • Following training, act as the superuser for recruitment systems (configuration, daily operation and reporting)
  • Lead key process improvement efforts in support of effectively delivering tools to the Global HR Business Partners.
  • Provide analytical leadership in support of broader delivery improvement, process measurement, efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with the development and implementation of CoE wide projects and collaborate with end users within the organization to develop standardized work and consistently improve and streamline processes.
  • Develop standard weekly, monthly, customer and executive level reporting
  • Identify best practices through internal and external benchmarking and implement them within the CoE
  • Provide support for steering committee updates, user group updates and executive updates

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years prior work experience analyzing data.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years prior work experience in data analytics within a cross-functional group
  • MBA degree from an accredited institution
  • Prior experience using data to influence strategy decisions
  • Prior experience with HRIS Reporting, dashboards, and recruiting analytics
  • Prior experience analyzing multi-functional HR data
  • Knowledge of HR practices including recruiting and Business Operations
  • Prior project management experience
  • Excellent organization, data analysis and interpersonal skills
