Job Description

The Global Mobility Specialist is accountable for the day to day administration of processes in areas of domestic and international relocation, immigration and taxation. This role coordinates company's relocation programs processes entailing planning, execution and maintenance for global assignees, US domestic employees, partnering with company's RU/BU HR and hiring managers, other workstreams such as Compensation & Benefits, Finance & Accounting, HRIS, Legal, Payroll, T&E as well as 3rd party vendors for household goods move, home rental/sale/purchase, immigration and tax services. Responsibilities include: manage the processes of initiation, daily operation, assignment document preparation, file reporting and maintenance, invoices review and exception analysis; act as subject matter expert on relocation policies, procedures, data reporting, and vendor relation management.

Major Activities / Key Challenges
  • Maintain a high level of customer-focused, cost-effective and service-efficient interaction with 3rd party vendors and BU/RU customers to best support business operational needs.
  • Maintain tracking/reporting metrics and evaluate data for accuracy.
  • Ensure full compliances with organizational behavior and data privacy requirements.
  • Pursue continuing learn-on-the-job opporutnies for performance improvement and operational excellence.
  • Monitor the Global Mobility inbox and take action as needed within a timely manner
  • Manage policy exception review and approval process, conduct periodical self-assessment and tests for mobility program processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in People Relocation Services.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years' prior experience in international Global Mobility or International Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of and understanding in mobility complexity, basic immigration and tax equalization practices.
  • Ability to work independently with a customer-focused, cost effective, and services efficient mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize work load timeline and to demonstrate team player's collaborative and value-added efforts.
  • Strong analytic skills in problem root course reviews and solution-sought recommendations; strong verbal/ written communication skills.
