    Job Description

    The Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for:


  • Developing strategiesand implementing action plans to increase the penetration rate of Alcoa Wheels ® wheels by convincing fleets, distributorsand trailer OEM's.

  • Continuous analysisof the Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) market  across UK& Ireland and change the strategyin accordance, to maintain Alcoa Wheels ® market leading position and keep the added valueproposition relevant.

  • Cooperate with ourmarketing and Customer Service team in Hungary, exchange information and helpeach other to achieve sales goals and excellent customer care

  • Develop sufficienttechnical knowledge of the customer's business to shape the supply needs intospecifications, which Alcoa Wheels ® can provide in a profitable and fast way.

  • Convince fleetoperators to specifically request Alcoa Wheels ® when they purchase new vehicles.

  • You feel comfortabletravelling nationally.

  • You are autonomous, aself-starter with strong multitasking skills and the ability to structure andprioritise workload independently
