Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to work on projects for our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) department. This role allows the student to integrate knowledge and skills in a manner that is mutually beneficial to the student and Arconic.

The primary role is to support location EHS efforts through practical, shop-floor based assignments and projects.
Our passionate commitment to EHS provides the successful candidate with an excellent environment in which to learn how to apply EHS skills to support the delivery results and gain practical, real-world experience. 

 Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 

 This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Currently pursing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Currently a Senior with a graduation date of summer of 2019
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or related field
  • Has already held a previous internship
  • Has interned in a manufacturing environment
