Arconic Fastening Systems is looking for an Entry Level Quality Technician to support the facility and to meet customer needs. This position is located at our aerospace manufacturing plant in Tucson, AZ.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
Maintain procedures and specifications to complying with all company and customer requirements.
Prepares metallurgical mounts and maintains traceability with physical and mechanical testing in the lab.
Uses precision inspection tools and equipment
Reads blueprints
Prepares various inspection and test reports including work order entries, and dimensional layout sheets
Assist engineering and production in problem solving activities.
Helps to ensure that quality and standards for the department are adhered to and maintained.
Will train on first shift and transition to second shift.
Assumes other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as required.
Adheres to Arconic EH&S, Quality, Continuous Improvements and other Company Policies.


Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.  ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
