Job Description

Arconic Engines Cleveland Operations located at 3960 S. Marginal Road, Cleveland, OH is seeking an Engineering Manager in our Patterns Business Center.
 
The Patterns Engineering Manager will have a broad set of responsibilities that will include manufacturing process control, optimized equipment performance, and compliance to customer requirements.  The individual will work closely with the Patterns Supervisors in full support of meeting plant performance objectives and financial goals.  Responsible for the management and development of three engineers.

BS Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
A minimum of 3 years of direct management/supervisory experience.
 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in investment casting or gas turbine industry
An understanding of 6-Sigma methodology and lean manufacturing principles
 
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
