Arconic is currently in search of an EBS Oracle Order to Cash and Integrations Manager to join our Global Information Services (GIS) Resource Unit in Pittsburgh, PA.
The EBS Oracle Order to Cash and Integrations Manager is responsible to provide ongoing technical and leadership expertise including growth and scalability requirements with in the Oracle EBS OTC, EAM, MFG, OAPS and Integrations using Oracle SOA suite (OSB/FMW/B2B) tracks. The incumbent should provide on-going strategic guidance to the EBS solutions and services group for bolt on applications, integration from and to internal and external systems, including integration with critical shop floor manufacturing systems. This role will also provide technical guidance for training of Arconic team members within the EBS organization to drive increased capability within the organization
Essential Functions:  
 The functions of the EBS Oracle Order to Cash and Integrations Manager includes but is not limited to: 
  • Provide oversight and escalation of the OTC, EAM, MFG, OAPS and Integrations (OSB/FMW/B2B) tracks for the Arconic Business Units. 
  • Partner and support resource and business unit initiatives within the existing EBS solution and provide guidance to employees and off-shore resources to enable them to deliver on support and solutions within the area
  • Lead incident management and problem management processes which includes process definition, process implementation and execution. Proactive monitoring, tracking and reporting. Ongoing Process and system improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth awareness of current Oracle technologies and development activities to assist in development of forward technical vision.
  • Operate within Arconic GIS standards and conventions and applicable Arconic Business Unit/Resource Units IT standards.
  • Ensure compliance to SOX and corporate audit procedures  
  • Provides work direction to multiple coordinated teams and large-scale, high-impact and/or Global Multi- Million Dollar projects, executing in adherence to budget, schedule, scope with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage department budget with understanding of the financial processes.
Essential Knowledge and Skills   
  • In depth knowledge of Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Shipping, manufacturing, costing and Oracle Advance Planning Scheduling (Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Materials Requirements Planning, Oracle Demand Planning)
  • Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and SQL.
  • Understanding of Oracle Integrations Fusion Middleware
  • Working knowledge of Oracle EBS system architecture and modules (OTC, GL, RtP and manufacturing areas).
  • Understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite Forms, SQL, OAF, coding and standards
  • Understanding of systems analysis, detail design, and programming techniques in an Oracle EBS R12 environment       
  • Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a necessity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and absorb and present complex ideas in a succinct and accurate manner.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Design and architecture review.
  • Experience in software development life cycle.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
  • Hands on management of all Sev1 and Sev2 incidents.
  • Maintain SLA’s with the business and all other IT support teams on key metrics.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Proactively monitor production to identify processes/defects for long term application improvements.
  • Problem solving with strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Must have strong human relation skills and be able to interact with internal and external customers, vendors, and other IS professionals to develop & sustain strong customer relationships.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the e-Business Suite
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
  • Broad range of knowledge across Oracle's Enterprise Business Solutions.  Knowledge of key Finance, Requisition to Pay, Order to Cash and Manufacturing including;
      • Finance –General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting
      • Req to Pay, Requisitions, Purchasing, Receiving Accounts Payable
      • Advanced Planning and Scheduling
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience coding in Oracle forms, OAF, 6i, or SQL
    • Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite - Fusion Middleware and OSB
    • Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion suite of EPM modules a plus particularly with a focus on HFM, Essbase, and planning
    • Knowledge of Oracle DBMS and associated technical architecture
    • Knowledge of Linux operating system
