Job Description

This position leads the sales and marketing activities of the business. Responsibilities include development of long range planning budgets, monthly short and long term forecasts, direct strategic plant activities to secure the future and current portfolio of business, respond to customer request for quote, monitor NPI programs for performance to PO and appropriately address changes, and overall management of customer orders including schedules.
  • Supervises team of professional sales reps
  • Forecast and analyze performance to customer revenue and margin forecasts
  • Manage all quote activity considering cost, price, market, competition
  • Prepare budgets and sales, marketing reports
  • Act as the plant liaison for customers, account managers and other internal/external customers
  • Ensure applicable compliance regulations, such as SOX, ISO, and Export Control, are followed
  • Ability to combine data from multiple sources quickly and drive to analytical decisions
  • Effective communicator verbally and written
  • Ability to package complex information into clear communications for upper management and customers
  • Strong project management and business acumen
  • Strong ability to reach consensus to execute project plans and resolve issues • Computer proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Effective negotiation skills

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior supervisory experience
