How your typical day would go:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers to maximize cashcollection,

  • Conduct pre-collection call as well as followoutstanding balance,

  • Ensuring overdue invoices are collected with minimaldelay,

  • Collection is performed via phone and emails,
  • Follow incoming payments and provide AccountsReceivables sufficient information for cash application,

  • Handle held orders,
  • Administrational duties include record keeping,archiving, reporting,

  • Resolving customer queries,
  • Liaise with Location/Sales contacts to resolvecommercial discrepancy and or credit problems,

  • Help to promote a culture of continuous improvement,

  • Escalating problems to Credit Manager
  • Assure compliance to Arconic’s control objectives.

We will like you if you have:

  • Background infinancial principles normally acquired through formal secondary level ofeducation or work experience in similar positions for minimum 2 years.

  • Tertiary leveleducation in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Trade is an advantage

  • Understandingfinancial impact of payment delays.

  • Languages: fluency inEnglish and in Italian

  • Good computer andtyping skills. Administrative skills.

  • Ability to workindependently, set own priorities and organize the daily work in the mostefficient manner.

  • Analytical thinkingand good problem-solving skills are required

  • Clear criminal recordsare required, request for certificate will be processed by the company
