Job Description

Program Emmegi CNC Machines, Scribe Plate CNC Machine, and 4-point CNC Drill. Create ad-hoc macros and work lists for prototypes and test jobs. Support maintenance to identify root causes of errors and breakdowns. Create drawings for CNC blocks.  Keep CNC Block books up to date. Edit work orders as needed to correct errors and reports errors to manager. Calibrate Emmegi CNC machines after maintenance or as needed.  Trains back up CNC Programmer and CNC operators to use machines. Assist in running first piece/test piece for new programs.  Evaluate changes in programs and bits to reduce run time.  Perform as back up Operator as needed. Read appropriate measuring device, engineering drawing, and work orders.  Effectively communicate with team members, and supervisors as related to production. All other duties as assigned. 


Basic Qualifications:
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Apprenticeship and/or certification through a nationally recognized organization/accredited technical school
  • Job experience with technical training
