Job Description

This position provides clerical support to the manufacturing department.
  • Expected to assist in the implementation of Arconic’s EHS value and policy statement and its accompanying principles.
  • Comply with all department, facility, Corporate and Regulatory EH&S regulations.
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment.
  • Report all job-related illness and injuries. (Per employee handbook).
  • Report all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Attend all EH&S training.
Essential Job Functions
  • Organize, maintain, and upgrade files related to the manufacturing systems and labor force.
  • Tracking of department rosters and providing updates to appropriate parties of any changes
  • Assist in administrative tasks including filing, data entry and communication/information flow
  • On occasion filling in some of the tasks for group leader’s who are out for an longer period of time to help keep departments on track. (Scheduling, T&A, etc.)
  • Assist in the sustainment of manufacturing processes such as 5S, TPM and Problem Solving
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and purchasing to help keep track of an accurate inventory. As well as handling miscellaneous supply ordering.
Other Skills/Abilities
  • Read, write and comprehend English.
  • Must be highly organized with an attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Systems)
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
•       1-2 years of administrative work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
•       General office equipment

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience.
