How your typical day would go:

  • Identify, plan, execute, and manage projects for the Solutions Team.
  • Become the subject matter expert in full end to end requisition to pay process with a focus on European regional requirements.
  • Drive optimization and automation metrics to reach defined performance objectives for the year. Tools to be utilized B2B, Arconic Mall, eCM and Pull Pay, BPA, CPA, process streamlining, automation tools and other.
  • Manage and organize training for customers/locations as needed.
  • Support vendors and internal customers through onboarding processes for optimized process.
  • Assist customers with issues relating to optimized processes.
  • Assist customers with general issues which require expert level problem solving skills.
  • Learn and deploy Arconic’s standards, policies, procedures and optimized processes. 
  • Develop expertise in and manage key metrics of the Service Level Agreement and KPIs within the procure to pay flow path with our business customers to ensure metrics are met per the agreement.

We will like you if you have:
  • University or college degree (focus in supply chain, procurement, or finance/accounting is advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years business experience, including supply chain, procurement, finance, or accounting
  • Fluent in English is a must (French and/or German language is an advantage)
  • Ability to provide recommendations to Buy and Payment Center management on improving key metrics or key projects
  • Ability to communicate best practices to locations and process standardization across multiple operating units and regions
  • Understand full end to end processes in the Buy and Payment Center
  • Strong understanding of EUR regional procedure to pay practices
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Purchasing and Accounts Payable  
  • Ability to independently initiate and manage projects to completion
  • Strong customer focus, and experience with highly complex problem resolution
