How your typical day would go:

  • Comprehensive provision of payroll tasks,statements, returns, statistics, monthly and annual reports, Social securitypayout tasks

  • Maintaining and managing personnel records in theWinaccess time and attendance system. Setting up new employee / employeechanges, work schedules, supervisor changes

  • Reviewing time & attendance data for payrollclosing, and posting for payroll

  • Issuing employer statements, for example earningstatement and other documents

  • keeping contact with official agencies ( NAV, stateoffices) and clients

We will like you if you have:
  • At least Secondary education in relevant field
  • Up-to-date Social Security, Tax and labor law knowledge, extensive experience in payroll / social security administration, professional experience in working time records
  • Reliability, precision, independence
  • Excel knowledge
  • Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company
  • Work experience in a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of Unit4 Payroll Program
  • English language knowledge
