How your typical day would go:

  • Works closely with the various FSS teams to identify areas for standardization and automation
  • Understand business matters and translate those into technical solutions
  • Provide support, advice & guidance through research of subject area, to support business development and improvement
  • Participate in projects both for self and those involving other FSS and System Solutions team members
  • Communicate best practices and process standardization to FSS and Locations across multiple operating units
  • Acquire application knowledge and expertise to assist in strategic business projects
  • Provide functional application/solution expertise to facilitate the set-up, implementation, development, upgrade and ongoing maintenance of those applications and solutions
  • Provide recommendations to FSS area Leads on improving key performance metrics and indicators
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with other Resource Units (e.g. Procurement, Treasury Front Office, etc.) as well as internal customers (BU locations).
  • Replaces/substitutes other team members as per the instruction of the supervisor.
  • The job holder works in alignment with the manuals and documented processes related to his/her work on the quality systems, environmental protection, safety, and labor hygiene management system of Arconic-Köfém Kft.
  • In addition to the above the job holder on the order of his/her supervisor is obliged to perform any tasks which may be needed for the department’s work and is not in contradiction with the laws and the company policies and regulations.
  • Working with multiple software applications
  • Working across remote locations.
  • Understanding the various processes and meeting the business needs of FSS

We will like you if you have:

  • College or equivalent tertiary education in IT and/or Finance
  • Communication skills (writing and speaking), Fluent English
  • Minimum 3 year-experience and routine in VBA, scripting and other programming languages
  • Deep experience in MS Office applications, databases and SQL
  • Flexible and multi-tasking
  • Customer oriented and conscientious
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Manage time effectively in order to complete workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and process skills, attention to details
  • Ability to problem solving and evaluate customers’ needs
  • Aptitude to work under pressure while managing accuracy
  • Capacity to prioritize, manage large number of cases, adjust changing priorities
