Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Job
One-year apprenticeship with experience and training in torque, tensile, fatigue, and mechanical quality testing.

Major activities / Key challenges
  • Outline of Apprenticeship Timeline:
  • Perform torque testing of Panel Fastener products (3 months)
  • Perform torque testing of Inserts products (3 months)
  • Perform tensile testing (2 months)
  • Perform fatigue testing (2 months)
  • Perform balance of mechanical testing (2 months)

Essential Knowledge & Skills / Education
  • Basic knowledge of quality machines.
  • High School Diploma/GED

Basic Qualifications

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
