This opening will fill a key role in the Arconic Engines marketing organization and be responsible for leading BU marketing activity for the Arconic Engines. The contributions from this role aide and advise the commercial leadership team in setting strategic direction for our business segments. This highly motivated individual will also be fully integrated into the daily management of commercial performance.

Major Activities/Key Challenges:
  • Lead financial and business case modeling for LTA bid packages
  • Interact with operating sites on cost information used for quoting
  • Active participant in strategic LTA renewals and quote reviews
  • LTA performance tracking (post agreement), including cost / margin correlation
  • Maintain critical engine maps, including current share condition and target products
  • Partner with Non-LTA SPA to drive incremental margin & policy disciplines
  • Identify opportunities (cost & price actions) to influence product level financials
  • Translate complex/large data sets into summary form for executive consumption
  • Marketing liason for corporate demand team on forward demand / correlative data
  • Lead long range sales planning process for Aerospace operations
Major Customers include:
All Arconic Engines Aerospace Customers, including General Electric, United Technologies, Rolls-Royce, and Honeywell.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial sales, marketing, and/or program management.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in the following disciplines preferred: Business.
  • Aerospace experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office capability (incl. Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Strong in analytics
  • Strategic orientation
  • Ability to take large data sets and distill down to conclusive findings
  • Results oriented / Time Management
  • Develop / refine reporting metrics for APP commercial policies.
