Arconic Fastening Systems is seeking an Accounts Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to analyze customer orders, data management and resolving customer issues by working with our Inside Sales representatives and various departments. Key Responsibilities:
Discusses and negotiates with customers their demand, forecast and inventory.
•Analyze proper inventory allocations vs. customer backlog to determine allocation of parts.
•Analyze and manage weekly customer backlog reports for credit, sub inventories, customer holds and stock reserves.
•Assists Sales to access EDI accounts for specific customers and the processing of orders as required
•Takes information from customers regarding order discrepancies.  Coordinates RMA’s and CER’s.
•Handle difficult customer related situations and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Coordinates with other Arconic Sites and third party vendors to provide response to customer inquiries.
•Follows up and coordinates with other Simi Valley departments to provide response to customer inquiries.
•Enter and edit all necessary orders and changes as required into Oracle.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • 3-Year minimum Customer Service experience.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word;
  • Intermediate spreadsheet, database and other software application skills
  • Knowledge in sales or customer related roles in aerospace fasteners or related industry.
