Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) advance Arconic’s commitment to inclusion by helping diversify our workforce, driving a more inclusive workplace and engaging in our communities. The ERGs work to connect our diverse employees to each other and to internal and external experts. Each ERGs has an Executive Sponsor that sits on the most senior strategic management team at the company, the Executive Council. Executive Sponsors represent their respective ERG’s interests’ at the most senior level and act as champions for inclusion.
