JOB TITLE: Pack Master

OPENINGS: 2 (B-D Shifts 6pm-6am)
JOB DUTIES:
Ø Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Ø Must be able to operate all pieces of equipment within the department.
Ø Follow all 1st piece inspection processes according to the inspection requirements.
Ø Work with minimal supervision in a team environment
Ø Must be able to verify box counts and loading requirements.
Ø Develop and maintain a good relationship with co-workers, internal and external suppliers, promoting a teamwork environment.
Ø Perform pre- startup inspections.
Ø Participate in ABS and support the ABS principles
Ø Must keep conveyors empty
Ø Must consolidate boxes in grid area
Employee is required to follow all safety and health requirements listed in the applicable procedures and work instructions.

Ø Must have some knowledge of machine operations.
Ø Overtime is required if deemed necessary by management.
Ø Must be flexible and able to work any shift when required based on production needs.
Ø Must be able operate mobile equipment.
Ø Meet minimum hiring requirements
Ø Must be able to learn basic computer skills
