Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret industry and internal specifications.
  • Operate hardness tester (Rockwell, Knoop) and/or tensile tester.
  • Prepare various inspection and test reports and certifications.
  • Use various precision inspection tools and testing equipment to verify product acceptance.
  • Must be able to do hydrogen analysis and micro evaluation preparation.
  • Must be able to perform metallurgical evaluations  on a variety of materials 
  • Prepare quality and inspection documentation including lab reports and log books for examination and product acceptance.
  • Ability to read and understand technical product specifications.
  • Follow all EHS Policies and Procedures.  Report all incidents immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet facility goals.  
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints, work instructions, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand technical product specifications.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Proficient computer skill


  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
