Job Summary
This position is responsible for determining, developing, evaluating, and coordinating casting processes for the production of new business and for the improved processing of existing business.  This involves quoting new developmental parts, attending to process engineering concerns for developmental parts, assisting with obtaining new business, working to improve existing processes, developing and using new technologies, and providing technical support to Arconic, Hampton.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Follow Arconic’s Safety Regulations and work Rules Handbook along with all department specific safety requirements.
Develops and debugs processes for developmental parts.
Develops and troubleshoots processes for test materials.
Actively pursues the continuous improvement of existing processes.
Prepares quotes for new developmental jobs and test material jobs.
Supplies technical support to customers.  Interacts with them regarding technical concerns
Must comply with all company attendance policies and guidelines; this includes, but is not limited to, regular attendance and occasional overtime.
Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
-2 years of investment casting experience

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
