How your typical day would go:

  • Provide procurement administrative support service for US customer base.
  • Purchase Order preparation as per the guidelines, issuance and follow up with the suppliers in order to ensure accurate and on time delivery.
  • Request supplier quotations
  • Provide guidance on the transactional procurement process to requestors
  • Ensure all purchase orders are accurate and consistent with department procedures which may include working with Accounts Payable and /or Requestors to resolve.
  • Support U.S. based customers by facilitating problem resolution and expediting purchases to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Participating/leading weekly location calls to follow up on open items/issues.
