How your typical day would go:

Primary role would include:
  • Full administrative support for the IT lease process in Europe
  • Task includes purchase order creation, invoice check monthly / quarterly based on Oracle data and AR report, register in the master lease files, customer service and problem solving
  • Perform metal hedge transactions based on specific requests in Trading Tool
  • Download LME, forex and premium information and share the information with customers
  • Touch base with Pittsburgh Treasury organization and Trading Desk in case of need
  • Perform daily transactions such as order creation and pricing for prime metal and alloy materials

We will like you if you have:
  • At least secondary school certificate (university or college degree is an advantage)
  • Excellent English language knowledge and additional European language skills
  • Procurement experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience of purchasing
  • Expert knowledge of Arconic Requisition to Pay processes
  • Self-confidence, learning orientation, global awareness, judgment, interpersonal astuteness, initiative, tenacity are needed
  • Collaboration, customer focus, results orientation, attention to detail are essential
