Primary Purpose of role:
This role will report to Arconic Building & Construction Systems VP, Global Market and Product Strategy. As a member of the European Leadership Team, this role will support the profitability and growth of European business, through alignment with global marketing strategy, branding and execution of a coordinated European marketing plan.
Key activities and responsibilities include:
Act asEuropean leader within global marketing team, liaising with marketingleadership in North America to ensure global objectives are consistentlymet.
Providesupport to GMs in each region and act as their key contact for marketing &communications
Lead Europeanmarketing organization through dotted line responsibility for regional marketingleads
Create, plan,administer and manage marketing strategy in Europe to increase company’sEuropean market share and overall sales in line with corporate goals &promotion strategy
Oversee andapprove European marketing communications materials, at the country level.
CreateEuropean brand and marketing materials, where needed/appropriate
Ensureconsistency of approach to marketing of Kawneer products and brand
Develop andmanage the European digital marketing strategy, cascading off of the globaldigital marketing strategy
Oversee all Europeanwebsites
Maximisemarketing & communication opportunities via sponsored events andorganizations
Approve and adminster European tradeshow calendar
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant discipine
Experience in B2B Marketing Strategy, communications and branding
B2B marketing
Marketing strategy development and execution
Experience building/supporting global brands
Advertising planning
Tradeshow planning and execution
PR strategy and execution
Digital marketing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organisational skills and results driven

Desirabe Qualifications and Experience:
Pan-European Marketing responsibility in a multi-national organisation
Fluency in European Language in addition to English
Experience working in a matrix organisation
