Candidates must be able to work ALL shifts including 2nd, 3rd, and weekend crew.
Effective July 1, 2019, Arconic has changed the testing instrument from TABE to PreVisor.  The PreVisor Assessment measures Reading Comprehension, Basic Math, as well as, Safety Consciousness, Integrity, Working in Teams, and ability to adapt to change.
If selected to test, the PreVisor tests are administered by computer and should be completed within 1.5 – 2.0 hours.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years continuous work experience, post high school.
  • Successfully meet the standardized Pre-Visor testing requirements.  If applicant possesses a minimum of associate degree, or five years manufacturing experience within the last ten years, testing is not required.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the Internal Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
