How your typical day would go:
  • Participate in the process development, deploymentand implementation of hardware and software requests for Arconic customersglobally;

  • Understand and direct others in supporting therequests of customers and apply Howmet’s standards and procedures.

  • Work alone or as part of a team to procure hardwareand/or software licenses for internal customers that meet the needs of thecustomer. This is to be accomplished by working with external vendors andutilizing toolsets currently in place

  • Enter asset or software license data into apredefined system ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.

  • Keep track of received data and source documents.
  • Contact preparers of source documents to resolvequestions, inconsistencies, or missing data.

  • Contribute to a team effort and accomplish relatedresults are required.

  • Execute and maintain hardware asset and softwarelicense information within our identified tracking system in direct support ofhardware and software inventory, renewals and acquisition.

  • Assist in the development of reporting and processimprovement to address management requirements for information access.

  • Communicate efficiently and effectively in English,both verbally and in writing.

  • Communicate with end-users, management, teammembers, peers, and suppliers as required.

  • Respond to requests from your manager, and teammembers for specific hardware and software asset information.

  • Carry out multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) process inassigned area(s) of responsibility.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
