How your typical day would go:

  • Support the FA/PA monthly transactions and month-end closing procedure inUS and Local TAX Gaap and Tax books.

  • Create complete reports for IAD, PwC and third parties, tax andauthorities, and for locations.

  • Perform data analysis based on requests, depreciation projection.
  • Monthly reconciliation and reconciliation approval of the propertyrelated accounts in RST.

  • Problem solving, guidance for locations with regard to PropertyAccounting related questions

  • Support divestitures, mergers and implementations.
  • Project owner for standardization, optimization, automation,simplification projects on FA/PA areas.

  • Make sure that sufficient controls are in place to meet auditrequirements. Fulfill the requirements of the FA/PA ASAT and ensure consistentquality standard and risk elimination through ASAT tests.

  • Support and train locations and FAS employees when needed.
  • Participate in the yearly review of the existing SOPs/Manuals/Procedure,identify missing documents and initiate them.

  • Support internal and SOX-audits.
  • Remotely guide locations on any property accounting relate questions

  • Degree in economics, finance or accounting obtained at a college oruniversity.

  • Minimum 2 years practice in the field of finance/accounting or sharedservices environment.

  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Good initiation, problem solving and communication skills. Independenceand acceptance of new challenges are required.

  • MS-Office knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Precision while completing daily work, paying attention to details
